Launched in 2017, The 350F started as an online bakery focusing on mousse cakes. Ex software engineer Hoang Vu decided to quit his job to pursue his childhood passion: cakes and fruits. Combining these two elements The 350F bakery specializes on hand made mousse cakes from fresh fruits. Hoang Vu together with his technical partner who is charge of baking decided to establish The 350F online pastry shop.
What does the name “The 350F” mean? It a temperature. 350 degrees Fahrenheit (about 180 degrees Celsius) is a standard temperature very commonly used in Western bakeries, used to bake many types of cakes.
But more importantly, 350F is the name of the first startup cafe founded by my “companion” but failed. After the cafe closes, you are lost, gradually losing the trust of those around you. And when we met, I determined to “stand up wherever I fall” and use the name 350F to continue writing a new chapter with the new brainchild we cherish – The 350F bakery
